Our services are intended exclusively for companies, self-employed professionals and freelancers acting in the course of their business or professional activities.

In the event of a disagreement, we are willing to seek voluntary out-of-court dispute resolution. We agree the procedure and the choice of an appropriate dispute resolution body with the business partner on a case-by-case basis. This does not constitute a general obligation to take part in a particular dispute resolution procedure. The right to take legal action remains unaffected.
